Agitated Thin Film Evaporators are used for separating mixtures of liquids with differing boiling points.

ATFE

The principle of working involves amplification of concentration and transmitting heat in short swift bursts to reduce surface area and prolonged requirement of heat.

ATFE is used for:

Muez-Hest's ATFEs are made with the most premium raw materials. The ATFE comprises of a jacketed shell with a surface area of up to 50 square meters. A rotor with various blade configs can be incorporated based on the usage parameters.

The standard operating pressure of our ATFE units is from atmospheric pressure down to 1 Ton of vacuum. Furthermore, the operating temperature is up to 320℃.
